  1. Return Conditions
    Return Time: If the product you received is defective or you are not satisfied with it, you can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
    Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used or opened products unless there is a quality problem with the product.
    Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, custom soaps, opened and used personal care products (such as soaps, etc.) are not accepted for return unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
  2. Return Process
    Contact Customer Service: Please contact us through our Contact Page within the return period and provide your order number and reason for return.
    Get Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and provide you with the return address and detailed steps.
    Return Shipping: Please ship the product back according to our instructions. The return costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
  3. Exchange Policy
    If the product you received has quality problems or is shipped incorrectly, you can choose to exchange it. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant information. We will process a free exchange for you.
  4. Refund Policy
    Refund time: We will complete the refund within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions.
    Refund method: The refund will be processed through the original payment method. If paid by credit card, the amount will be returned to your credit card account.
    Shipping costs: Unless the product has quality problems or is shipped incorrectly, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If it is a mistake or product defect that we are responsible for, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
